It is impossible to change the operating e-mail address usually. But it is possible to get a new box on the same or other e-mail server, and then to inform all whom it concerns, on emergence of the new address. At the same time it will be useful to check in parallel some time two boxes - both new, and old. It is possible that someone by an error or ignorance will send the message to an old box.

Instruction
1. Get a new mailbox, having been registered by a new mail service or again by the same. At the end of all procedures at your disposal there will be a new e-mail address.
2. Inform on change of the address of all whom it concerns. For this purpose make mailing from the new address to all partners, contractors, friends and acquaintances. Make necessary changes to the section of contacts on the website, if necessary order new business cards, booklets and other papers where your e-mail address is mentioned. Do not forget to make changes to the letterhead if you have it and in it e-mail is specified.
3. When changing the e-mail address by optimum will use at first an email client, with access to both boxes. Usually when sending the letter including response, at the same time there is an opportunity to select what address it should leave. Do not forget to use only this function and to send replies to the letters coming to old from the new address. Most of users prefer to correspond with the help of the Reply button. As a last resort it is necessary to respond to the letters which came to the old address from the browser, new by means of two windows.
4. At the same time also function a redirect by means of which transfer from one mailbox to other addresses specified by the user is made allows to use several e-mail addresses. This option is supported by many mail services, and it is usually possible to configure it through the Setup tab.
