2. The second way consists in editing the Hosts file which locates at address C: Windowssystem32drivers. This file compares hosts (so-called domain addresses of Internet resources) and the IP addresses. Open the Hosts file through the Notepad program and add two new lines: - 127.0.0.1 "sitename" .ru
- 127.0.0.1 www. "sitename" .ru.
3. So you will deliver to the specified website in compliance of IP with value 127.0.0.1. At the person requesting this website in the browser only the empty page will open. Address 127.0.0.1 is Localhost, that is your computer. You instead of this IP can specify the address of some neutral resource, for example, of the search engine Yandex. Then the request of the prohibited website will lead to opening of the main page of the search engine. Each new website should be specified from a new line on the template stated above. But consider that this way blocks access, both to the browser, and any other applications.
4. The last method is easier than the second performed by. You need to look for the additional software in which there is a function of blocking of the websites on the Internet. Antivirus software, firewalls, plug-ins for browsers and also special applets can be such software.
