Via the channel of a telephone line it is necessary to have the DSL modem for connection to the Internet. These devices need to be configured according to the requirements installed by specific service provider of access to network.

Instruction
1. Through network of the YuTK company (Rostelecom Branch) it is necessary to have the DSL modem with Bridge function support for connection to the Internet. Buy this equipment and install it in the necessary place.
2. Connect a cable of a telephone line to the DSL connector. For stable work of connection it is better to use a splitter. This device separates the signal transmitted on a telephone cable. Along with it, you will have an opportunity to connect at the same time stationary phone and the modem to one line.
3. Connect the network cable to the modem LAN connector. Connect other its end to the network adapter of the computer or the laptop. Connect the modem to the alternating current main and turn on this device. Turn on the computer and wait for loading of the operating system.
4. Open the web browser and pass into the web interface of settings of the modem, having entered its IP address. Update the microprogram of the network equipment if the provider recommends to make it. Reboot the modem after implementation of this procedure.
5. Open the WAN menu and click Add. Install for the VPI and VCI fields of value 0 and 35 respectively. In the field of Service Category select UBR Without PCR. Click Next.
6. In the Connecting Type menu set the Bridge parameter. Select the LLC/Snap-Bridging parameter in the field of Encapsulation Mode. Click Next and select a checkbox near the Enable Bridge Service point. Again click Next.
7. Leave other parameters without changes. Click several times Next and reboot the modem after completion of setup. Open properties of the network adapter of the computer.
8. Select TCP/IP protocol parameters. Enter static IP address 192.168.1.2. Key two time of Tab and enter in the following two IP address 192.168.1.1 fields.
9. Wait for completion of update of network settings and try to open the necessary web page.
