Creation and removal of one or several objects of the local group policy is the standard procedure in work of the computer administrator. Therefore this problem is solved by regular means of the system, without requiring attraction of additional programs of third-party developers.
Instruction
1. Carry out login with the account used at the OC Windows installation for initiation of the procedure of removal of the selected group policy object and open the main system menu, having clicked "Start-up". Print mmc value in a text box of the search string and confirm start of the console of management, having clicked a function key of Enter.
2. Open the Console menu of the top service panel of an application window and specify the Add Or Delete the Equipment point. Simultaneous clicking of the Ctrl and M keys can serve as an alternative method. Select the Editor of Group Policy Objects equipment in the opened dialog box and confirm adding, having clicked "Add".
3. Use the Browse button in a new dialog box of the editor for definition of the group policy object which is subject to removal and select the Users tab of the following dialog box of search.
4. Open a context menu of the found object by click of the right mouse button and specify the Delete a Group Policy Object point. Confirm performing the selected action in the opened window of request of a system, having pressed the OK button.
5. Use the same algorithm of actions during removal of the group policy of the selected domain, the website or OP. For this purpose open a dialog box of properties of the necessary website and use the Group Policy tab. Specify the object which is subject to removal and click "Delete".
6. Apply a checkbox in the field "Withdraw the policy from the list, without deleting an object" in a removal dialog in order that cleaning did not affect other containers, and only communication was removed (on condition of coherence of the selected object). Apply a checkbox in the field "Withdraw the link and to finally delete a group policy object" for full removal of the policy, communication and the container GPO (on condition of coherence of the selected object).
