Instruction
1. It is necessary for users of the different rights and opportunities for assignment that each of them worked in a system under the account. And, of course, each of them should keep a secret the password on an input. To prohibit the user Internet access, you will need the rights of the administrator. Open doubleclick the Accounts node in "Control panel" and click on the necessary record. In a new window follow the link "Change of an Account Type" and transfer the Choice of New Type … switch to the provision "Administrator". Click "Change Type …"
2. From the Start menu choose the Completion of a Session command. Click "Change of the User" and log into the system under the account to which you are going to disconnect the Internet. In "Control panel" open the Network Connections node. In the section "LAN or High-speed Bnternet" click the right key on an icon "Connection on a local area network" and click "Disconnect".
3. It is possible to switch-off the network interface card at this profile. Click the right key on the icon "My computer" and select "Properties". Select the Equipment tab and click "Device manager". Open the Net boards list, open by click of the right key on an icon of the network interface card a context menu and select the option "Disconnect". Over an icon the image of a cross will appear.
4. Again call the Completion of a Session command from the Start menu and log into the system under the account. In "Control panel" double click "Accounts", select the necessary account and change its type to "Limited record". This user in the profile will not be able to turn on either the network interface card, or network connection. In attempt to correct connection the system message "Will appear you have no rights …"
5. By default it is possible to log in under the built-in Administrator account without password. That to cause it, it is necessary to click Ctrl+Alt+Delete twice. If the user whom you separated from the Internet, knows about it, it can easily bypass your bans. Just in case assign the password and for "account" of the administrator if you need extremely to prohibit access to the network for someone from those who has access to the computer.
