2. For reading books in the FB2 (FictionBook) format it is possible to use, for example, the FBReader program - http://www.fbreader.org. This format is based on the XML standards and bears generally only information on the text. The appearance in which this information will be provided entirely depends on settings of the program browser of books of this format.

3. Free Adobe Reader - http://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/ quite will be suitable for reading books in the PDF format (Portable Document Format). This format developed and which is actively implemented by Adobe first of all is used for representation of printing products in electronic form.
