Remote access to the computer provides to other users to manage your data and settings of a system by means of network connection. If you do not need this function, turn off it through the menu of the control panel.

Instruction

1. Open a context menu of the section "My Computer" by means of clicking on it with the right mouse button. Open a menu item of "Property". In the appeared window pass to the Remote sessions tab and in the menu of remote control of your desktop remove a mark from the Allow Remote Access to This Computer point. Apply and save changes.

2. Turn off remote access to your computer by means of modification of local group policies. For this purpose in the Execute utility enter "gpedit.msc" and click the ENTER key. In the window which appeared on your screen pass to the menu of a configuration of the computer and open the Administrative Templates point in the editor of group policy of usage of the computer.

3. In components of the Windows operating system open the Services of Terminals menu and left-click twice on the Allow Remote Connection with Use of Services of Terminals point then apply to it parameter "Is included". Confirm changes. Pass to the Administration menu into control panels of the computer.

4. In the appeared menu open the setup available by clicking the link with the name "Routing and Remote Access". In clients of remote access (section "Where?") open the Server Name and Clients of Remote Access menu. Execute shutdown of a context menu. Reboot.

5. Pay attention whether programs for ensuring remote access, for example, Radmin or its analogs are installed on your computer. For this purpose come into the menu of installation and removal of programs and check its existence in the list. For shutdown of remote access best of all uninstall the program or block its work fayervoly or other security protections provided on your computer.
