  • 30 g of flour.
  • 25 g of sour cream.

  • 5 kg of cottage cheese (fat content can be taken any);
  • 150 kg of flour (and it is a little on a boning, if desired it is possible to use rice or other flour);

  • sunflower oil for frying;
  • sugar to taste.

Process of preparation is extremely simple:

  • In a bowl to pour out cottage cheese. If it too liquid, then it has to be wrung out, otherwise cheesecakes can begin to collapse.
  • Add to cottage cheese flour and sour cream, sugar to taste, to mix carefully until mix doesn't become uniform without lumps.
  • At will it is possible to season mix with vanillin and cinnamon. 
  • In a separate plate to pour out a small amount of flour.
  • Create cheesecakes about small shaybochka, spread out on a table or a cutting board.
  • In a frying pan to warm sunflower oil.
