Most of Internet users for convenience uses the web interface of the electronic mailbox which name cannot almost be changed. When using email clients, for example, of Outlook, at the user such opportunity appears.

Instruction
1. In heading of an open window of any version of an email client Outlook the name (name) of a mailbox is displayed. This name can be changed irrespective of the version of the program since some use several mailboxes at the same time. At one time for the solution of this problem used the Microsoft Exchange Server Administrator program. But in a consequence it turned out that the utility contained an error. When replacing an old name on new only in the program, the mailbox name in Outlook remained the same.
2. Therefore in addition to replacement of a name of mail on the server it is necessary to make replacement and in the program. It should be noted that renaming of a name of a box into Outlook needs to be executed after similar operation on the server (by means of Microsoft Exchange).
3. Start the computer with the necessary account; if it is required, enter the password. Then complete the work of an email client.
4. Click the Start menu and select the section "Control panel". If this section is not displayed in me, pass to its settings. For this purpose right-click on the Start-up button and select the Properties item. Find the option "Control panel" in settings of the menu and on the contrary it give a mark. To close a window, click the Apply and OK buttons.
5. In the opened window left-click on the icon "Mail" or "Fax and Mail" twice (depends on the operating system). In the opened window click "Show Profiles".
6. Select the edited profile and in its settings click "Exchange Server Server", then repeatedly click "Properties". In the Mailbox block set its new name. For check of correctness of the entered name press the button of the same name. Click "Apply" to saving changes.
