Errors – for example happen from time to time in life of each PC user, for some reason there are remote important e-mails. If you use the Microsoft Outlook e-mail client, loss of letters will not become final – you can try to restore remote letters. All latests version of Microsoft Outlook have potential of recovery of mail.
Instruction
1. If you use the latest version of Microsoft Outlook 2010 and you need to restore remote letters, open the mail folder in which the letters – "Entering" were stored, "Outgoing" or "Remote" - and then open the Folder tab and select the option "Restore Remote Elements". Through some time program will display the list of letters which can be restored. Select those letters which are necessary to you and then click complete recovery of files.
2. If you use older version - Microsoft Outlook 2007, actions for recovery of letters will be the same – come into the folder in which the necessary letters were stored, open the Tools menu and select an option of the Restore Remote Letters menu. Further repeat all actions described above – restore letters necessary to you from the appeared list.
3. In older version of an e-mail client - Microsoft Outlook 2003, does not have the function of recovery of mail which is built in the program by default therefore it will be a little more difficult to return remote letters in this client. For a start you should activate function of recovery of letters through the register of Windows.
4. Open the editor of the register, having selected the section "Execute" in the Start menu. Enter the regedit command into the appeared line and in the opened editor of the register pass on the following path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SOFTWARE Microsoft Exchange Client Options.
5. In the right part of a window click on the option "Add Value to the Menu" and create parameter with the name DWORD and value 1 then save changes and restart Microsoft Outlook. Function of recovery of letters should appear in the menu of tools.
