How to send the text on e-mail

E-mails reach the addressee in read minutes. For this reason it is so convenient to use them for personal and business correspondence. If you need to send someone text the document, you can attach it to the letter as attachment or entirely copy the text of the document in a clipboard and insert it into a form for sending the letter.

Instruction

1. Consider that the software which is installed on the recipient's computer can differ from yours. Even the same program, for example, of Microsoft Word, has many versions. If the addressee of your letter has an outdated version of the program or, on the contrary, much newer, than at you, the text document which you will create, at the recipient just will not open or will open incorrectly. To avoid it, in advance specify in what format it is better to send the document.

2. Use if it is necessary, programs converters which will help you to transfer the document to that format which is required to the recipient. For example, will help to convert any text into the PDF format which is very often used at transfer of electronic documents to you the free PDF24 Editor program which can be downloaded from here: http://en.pdf24.org/. If you do not want or cannot install new programs on the computer, use any free online service. For example, http://convertfileonline.com/.

3. Open the box directly on the website of a mail service or start the client program which you usually use. Pass into the Write the Letter menu. Specify the e-mail address of the recipient (recipients). Set a letter subject — most logical to use the name of the sent text.

4. Press the Attach the File button and select the text document which you need to send on the computer. Wait until the file is loaded. If it is necessary, add still documents. In the text of the letter you can make small explanatory record. For example: "In response to your request I send you the existing price list for services of our company in the PDF format".

5. If the text small, you can just insert it into a form for sending the letter. For this purpose open the document in the editor and select the option "Select Everything". In the majority of programs editors it can be done, having clicked Ctrl+A key shortcut. Copy selection in a clipboard — use a combination of Ctrl+C or the context menu opened with the right mouse button. Place the cursor in the field for text entering in the form of the e-mail and click a combination of Ctrl+V or right-click and select the Insert item in the appeared menu.

6. Use if it is necessary, additional functions of sending e-mail: the delivery receipt and the notification on reading of the letter, the notification on sending the letter through the SMS, etc. The list of additional services depends on your mail service. As to use them, read in the help system of the mail service or the client program.

7. Press the Send button — the letter will be sent to the specified address (addresses). You will be able to view the list of the sent letters in the Sent folder if other is not provided by settings of your service or an email client. In case of need you will be able to repeat sending e-mail together with  the text file (files) attached to it to the same addressee or to redirect it to other recipient.
