It is required to you

  • - Apples sweet — 4 pieces;
  • - The Savoiardi cookies — 160 g;
  • - A desi — 80 g;
  • - Favourite strong alcohol — 40 ml;
  • - Tostovy bread — 1 chunk;
  • - Sugar — 80 g;
  • - Water — 40 ml;
  • - Favourite alcohol — 40 ml;
  • - Vanilla — 1 pod;
  • - Cinnamon — 1 stick;
  • - A dried peel of a citrus — 1 tablespoon.

Instruction

1. We oil a baking dish kindled and we pour out in it sugar, filling to the brim. And then we pour out it back: our purpose is to cover with a sugar layer an inner surface of a form.

2. We cook syrup: we heat in a small saucepan water with sugar, we add to it alcohol and cinnamon with vanilla. We bring to the boil and we remove from fire. Slightly we cool. We will lay out ""Savoiardi"" in capacity and we will water with syrup that cookies became impregnated.

3. We peel apples and we delete a core. We cut an average cube. We heat a desi in a frying pan, we spread in it apples and we fry, having added alcohol, a pinch of vanilla and cinnamon. It is possible to add a little more sugar to taste. We weary about 10 minutes on average fire, to semi-readiness.

4. A form very densely, without leaving available seats, we spread cookies: we begin with a bottom, and then a side. We spread in a basket from cookies apples, accurately we cut off surplus of cookies at the edges. From above we put a chunk of a toast bread. We fill the remained space with offcuts of cookies: apples have to be completely closed!

5. We warm an oven to 200 degrees. We oil from above our apple pie kindled and we send to the furnace for 40 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
