Balyk from chicken fillet

Such balyk can be made of chicken meat with different alcoholic drinks - whisky, liqueur or cognac. It turns out always equally tasty. Ordinary breasts turn out just like the real balyk! Great snack for any table.

It is required to you

  • - 500 g of chicken fillet;
  • - 250 g of coarse salt;
  • - 50 ml of whisky or cognac;
  • - 1 tablespoon of mix of pepper.

Instruction

1. At first wash out chicken breasts (500 g - it turn out about 3 breasts), dry wipe them with paper towels or lay out on a towel and wait until they dry out in the natural way.

2. Mix 50 ml of the chosen alcohol with salt and pepper. Lay out in a form for roasting a half of mix, on it from above put chicken breasts, fill up with the remained mix. Close a form food wrap, remove in the fridge for 1 day.

3. In a day get a form, carefully wash out breasts from salt and spices, otherwise meat can turn out too salty. Blot with a paper towel water from chicken fillet, inwrap in a gauze or a linen napkin. Again remove for day in the fridge.

4. In a day the balyk from chicken fillet is ready - it is possible to taste it. Meat turns out incredibly beautiful - it as if shines! It is great full-fledged snack, but it is possible to add such chicken balyk to salads, to cook different other snack on its basis.

5. You store a balyk from chicken in the fridge, inwrapped in a gauze or a linen napkin.
