Very original recipe for beef. Meat turns out very gentle and tasty. The dishes prepared in pots always differ in the refinement and unusual taste.

It is required to you

  • - 500 g of pulp of beef
  • - 2 average bulbs
  • - 500 g of haricot
  • - 400 g of pearl barley
  • - 3 average carrots
  • - 2 tomatoes
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • - spices according to your desire

Instruction

1. Previously wet pearl barley and haricot for the night. If you have portion clay pots, then cook a dish in them. If there are no pots, then the big pig-iron cauldron or a fire-resistant pan will approach.

2. Put a little fat in pots or a cauldron, add the beef cut on small pieces, salt and pepper. Add a little boiled water and put in the oven warmed up to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

3. After beef is stewed in an oven of 30 minutes add the grated carrots, tomatoes cut in cubes, haricot and pearl barley to it. All this needs to be filled in with water so that to hide all products. At will it is possible to add your favourite spices.

4. Very well garlic will approach for this purpose. Densely close pots or a cauldron a cover and put back in an oven. Prepare 50 more minutes. After that it is necessary to taste meat. If it soft and juicy, then a dish is ready. If necessary it is possible to increase preparation time. Beef can be served to a table, having decorated with fresh greens.

5. Even the most rigid beef made thus turns out very gentle and juicy. Such dish perfectly will be suitable for a holiday table. If you prefer spicy food, then you can safely add hot pepper to beef. If near at hand there are no tomatoes, then they can be replaced with tomato paste.
