- beef liver - 500 g;

- chicken broth - 1 article;

- vegetable oil - 3-4 tablespoons.

We begin preparation with processing of a liver. Wash out beef liver, process and remove unnecessary plenochka, and then cut on small pieces which need to be salted, added pepper, to roll in a little in flour, and then to fry in a frying pan in a small amount of vegetable oil to a ruddy crust.
