The advantage of sushi and rolls is known for a long time, but how their constant use affects a figure?

There is a set of recipes for sushi and rolls with use of various ingredients. Of course, fundamental ingredient is the wet or smoked fish, however even meat of fish depending on a look can be both low-calorie, and high-caloric. In the caloric content of sushi the contribution is made also by additional products – the Japanese omelet, avocado, cream cheese, an eel, etc. Thus, the less ingredients are used in a recipe for this Japanese dish, the it will be less high-calorie. Vegetable sushi and rolls reckon with fish as the most low-calorie dish.

Sushi are a low-calorie dish by means of which it is really possible to reduce several extra kilos, especially if to consider that portions of sushi and rolls small. Sushi are perfectly acquired by an organism and have beneficial influence on its work. It is possible to arrange himself fasting days, eating during this period only sushi. Duration of such dry diet is calculated for several days. During a diet the breakfast, a lunch and a dinner have to consist only of sushi or rolls, and from drink only water or an unsweetened green tea is allowed.

  • eel sushi – 51 kcal;
  • egg sushi – 50 kcal;
  • roe sushi – 39 kcal;

  • California roll - 176 kcal;

  • roll with a salmon – 116 kcal;

  • roll with an eel – 110 kcal;
  • Alaska roll - 90 kcal;
  • roll with a cucumber - 80 kcal.

Sushi are not only low-calorie, but also very rich dish. On average one sushi contain 60 calories, and, for example, in one cookies – about 80 calories, in a chocolate bar – about 570 calories. However in sweeties there are no substances, useful to an organism, while sushi are rich with carbohydrates, proteins, mineral substances, vitamins and amino acids. Besides, sushi, thanks to fish, are a fine source of fatty acids an omega-3.
