Cheesecakes from an oven with a cream stuffing

For a change it is possible to make cheesecakes in an oven. They turn out more tasty, than prepared in a frying pan, and more usefully.

It is required to you

  • - parchment;
  • - baking tray;
  • - sieve;
  • - mixer;
  • - blender;
  • - cottage cheese of 350 g;
  • - boiled rice 1 glass;
  • - raisin 2 tablespoons;
  • - sugar of 100 g;
  • - egg of 1 piece;
  • - flour 3 tablespoons;
  • - semolina 2 tablespoons;
  • - salt on a knife tip;
  • - vanilla sugar of 5 g.
  • For cream:
  • - cream cheese 4 tablespoons;
  • - sour cream of 100 ml;
  • - sugar 2 tablespoons;
  • - raspberry 1 glass;
  • - lemon zest 1 tablespoon;
  • - lemon juice 1 teaspoon.

Instruction

1. We cook dough. Wipe cottage cheese through a sieve and mix with the boiled rice. Add vanilla and usual sugar, raisin, salt and egg. Knead dough, gradually adding flour and semolina. Leave for 10-15 minutes that semolina bulked up.

2. In deep ware pour out sour cream, cream cheese and shake up the mixer within 2-3 minutes. Leave a half of raspberry for ornament, turn the rest into puree by means of the blender.

3. Add berry puree, sugar, lemon zest to cottage cheese and sour cream weight and shake up the mixer at great speed. At the end of beating of cream add lemon juice.

4. Create flat cakes from the made dough. Lay a baking tray parchment and lay out flat cakes. In the middle of each cheesecake make small deepening. Lay out a cream stuffing in deepenings. Bake cheesecakes within 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees till golden color.

5. Decorate ready cheesecakes with raspberry and give on a table.
