Cherry dumplings

For preparation of vareniki not only fresh cherry, but also frozen is used. Even children with pleasure will take part in preparation of such dish.

It is required to you

  • - 500 гр cherries fresh or frozen,
  • - 5 glasses of flour,
  • - 100 гр sugar,
  • - 1 egg,
  • - sour cream.

Instruction

1. Cherry is washed out and delete stones. Fill up with sugar and remove for 1 hour in the fridge.

2. Dough: the sifted flour is salted, add the egg which is shaken up by a nimbus and water.

3. Dough is kneaded from the middle by a nimbus. It has to be dense and not stick to hands. When you achieve the necessary result, cover capacity with the test with a napkin and place for 1 hour in the fridge.

4. In an hour, dough is divided into two parts. A table sprinkle with flour. Layer needs to be rolled to thickness of 5 mm.

5. Circles do by means of a glass. In core of a circle 4 berries, but without syrup lay down. Edges need to be prishchipnut carefully.

6. Water is a little salted and cook vareniki no more than 10 minutes. It is necessary to eat them either with sour cream, or with a desi.
