  • - 2 chicken breasts
  • - 150 g of bacon
  • - soy-bean sauce
  • - milk
  • - 2 eggs
  • - mustard
  • - salt
  • - black sprinkling pepper
  • - lemon juice
  • - 50 g of spinach
  • - vegetable oil
  • - 100 g of cheese of firm grades
  • - 50 g of cream cheese

Instruction

1. Make an incision chicken breasts lengthways and open. Carefully rub preparations I will merge, a black sprinkling pepper and a soy-bean sauce. Sprinkle a little meat a small amount of lemon juice. Previously chicken can be beaten off slightly the hammer for meat.

2. Shake up eggs. Add salt to taste, spinach, several tablespoons of milk and flour. Mix ingredients or shake up repeatedly the mixer. From the turned-out mix make omelet.
