Pike perch – a valuable river fish with a delicate flavor. It is possible to make a set of daily and festive dishes of perch fillet. The tasty perch fillet baked in an oven under a fur coat won't leave indifferent any gourmet!

It is required to you

  • - perch fillet – 1 kg
  • - a lemon – 1 piece.
  • - vegetable oil
  • - soy-bean sauce
  • - mayonnaise
  • - pickle – 3-4 pieces.
  • - cheese – 300-400 g
  • - egg – 3 pieces.
  • - paprika – 1 piece.
  • - greens

Instruction

1. Wash out perch fillet, place in a polyethylene sack, slightly beat off. Then put fillet in a deep bowl, squeeze out several drops of juice of a lemon on each piece and leave for half an hour.

2. Small crumble salty or a cucumber pickles. Cook hard boiled eggs, cool, then cut thin circles on the egg slicer. Cut thin strips paprika. Grate cheese.

3. Spread out perch fillet to the baking tray oiled by vegetable. Impose a fur coat on pieces: the cut cucumbers, eggs, paprika. Grease top with mayonnaise. On a baking tray from fillet pour several drops of a soy-bean sauce, it will add to a fish dish special savor.
