Ingredients for cones:

  • Icing sugar – 100 g;
  • Flour – 120 g;

Ingredients for a stuffing:

  • Strawberry or cherry – 200 g;
  • Sugar – 2 tablespoons;
  • Dense cream – 300 g.

Preparation:

  • For production of cones it is necessary to fill sugar in a bowl with the broken eggs and to shake up the turned-out mix. Add 100 g of flour. Mix very carefully.
  • Now it is necessary to prepare an oven, its warming up up to the approximate temperature in 200 degrees. Grease with a desi a baking tray and strew it with 1 tablespoon of flour. This procedure should be repeated because to bake all cones for once it won't turn out. Place dough on the prepared baking sheet, using round molds (if there are no such molds, then it is possible to use a foil) with a diameter of 15 centimeters.
  • It is necessary to bake roundels in the central part of an oven within about five minutes. It is possible to determine readiness by the ruddy test. If dough turned out too firm and unbending, then it is necessary to soften it in an oven couple of seconds. Cool dough on glasses, it has to take the necessary form.
  • While cones were baked, it was possible to prepare filler. For this purpose it is necessary to shake up the blender dense cream. Add there granulated sugar and berries.
