It is required to you

  • 1 kilogram of cowberry, 500 grams of icing sugar, 1-2 glasses of water.

Instruction

1. Wash out berries cowberry and remove spoiled. Lay out berries on parchment paper and let's them dry.

2. Put cowberry in a pan, add a little water and you cook on slow fire before full softening of berries.

3. Switch off fire and wipe cowberry through a sieve or miss via the meat grinder. Add icing sugar to the received puree and you cook on slow fire to consistence of jam (about 10-15 minutes).

4. Spread out jam in the sterilized banks and close a plastic cover or roll up metal.
