  • in plates the knife cuts openings by diameter equal to pipe section;
  • plates with small step are put on P-shaped polypropylene product;

How to make the body

As base for production of such device it is the simplest to use normal radiator of heating. To increase overall performance of the battery, having transformed it to the convector, it is possible, having just added this device with several fans.

For production of such device it will be necessary to buy about 4-5 fans. It is necessary to choose at the same time the high-quality devices working most silently. Also the steel or plastic corner with not too wide shelf is required.

How to connect fans

Body of fans can be fastened among themselves in a row, for example, by means of the cable couplers passed throughout openings in corners. It is the best of all to connect two-contact connectors of these devices in pairs cable pieces, passing one behind the second.

Such mounting mode will allow to reduce quantity of wires, suitable to power supply unit. Finally on the one hand the two-conductor cable of alternating current, and with another — wires constant from fans has to approach power supply unit.

If the radiator of heating is located low, the design collected thus can just be put under it on floor. If between the battery and floor there is a lot of free space, it is necessary to improve the block of fans a little.

To collected design in this case, in addition, it will be necessary to attach legs from corner. For this purpose from corner at first it is necessary to cut off 4 pieces of 10-15 cm. Further the legs received thus will need to be attached to the body, previously having made openings under screws. 

Features of operation of convectors

Some lack of heating appliances of this type both floor, and built in, is that they are capable to kick up together with air indoors dust. Therefore damp cleaning in the house when using such devices in the subsequent should be carried out more often.
