  • - 125 ml of milk;

  • - 2 tablespoons of a cranberry (berries or jam);
  • - 1 h spoon of baking powder;
  • - 1 ml of vanilla essence.


1. At first in a big deep bowl sift flour, add sugar, baking powder, the creamy softened oil, egg and pour in milk. Mix to a uniform state that there were no lumps.

2. Add cranberry jam or a handful of fresh berries of a cranberry to dough, mix. Take baking cups, fill them with the test for 2/3 volumes - in the course of baking dough will rise.
