  • - 10 g of mayonnaise

Instruction

1. Cut cucumbers thin plates or circles. Omit preparation in the boiling, previously added some salt water. It is necessary to cook cucumbers within several minutes on slow fire.

2. As soon as cucumbers become soft, take them from water and dry by means of a tissue.

3. In separate capacity mix mayonnaise, a natural yoghourt and the crushed vitelluses. Grind all ingredients in homogeneous mass.

4. Carefully crush fresh fennel and mix it with yogurt. Constantly stirring slowly with mix, add salt and a black sprinkling pepper to taste.

5. Lay out the boiled cucumber segments in a salad bowl. Fill a dish with the made sauce. Before giving on a table decorate salad with fresh greens and lettuce leaves.
