It is required to you

  • Main ingredients:
  • 2 ripe bananas (the second banana can be replaced with pear or apple);
  • Extra oat flakes (up to 1 glass);
  • salt (pinch);
  • sugar or fructose (up to 1 tablespoon);
  • vegetable oil (1-2 tablespoons).
  • Ingredients additional (we combine at will, any proportions):
  • dried apricots;
  • prunes;
  • raisin;
  • dates;
  • sunflower sunflower seeds;
  • nuts different (filbert, cashew, walnut, almonds);
  • sesame;
  • cinnamon;

Instruction

1. We crush bananas in the blender or we knead to homogeneous mass.

2. We crush all additional ingredients in the blender or very small we cut.

3. We mix bananas and additional ingredients, we add salt and sugar, vegetable oil, the Extra oat flakes (from 2/3 glasses to 1 glass). Once again everything is carefully mixed. Very dense weight which mixes up hardly has to turn out.

4. We put on a baking tray paper for roasting or we oil vegetable. We spread weight on a baking tray, we level a spoon and a knife (it is possible to use a rolling pin), - the big rectangle 1 cm thick has to turn out. We do notches by a knife, dividing into segments.

5. We prepare in an oven of 10-35 minutes at a temperature of 160-170 degrees. If you love muesli soft, then there will be enough 10-15 minutes if you prefer rigid – you hold longer.
