Fast berries pie can be served to tea during a post or in any day. Delicacy turns out damp. The sweet of pie is shaded by sourness of berries. It is tasty both warm, and cold.

It is required to you

  • - 600 g frozen cherries and bilberries
  • - 200 g of cane sugar
  • - 250 g of flour
  • - 150 g of whole-wheat flour
  • - 1 glass of vegetable oil
  • - 1 teaspoon of vanillin
  • - half of a teaspoon of cinnamon
  • - 10 g of baking powder
  • - salt pinch
  • - 30 g of almonds
  • For sauce:
  • - 150 ml of water
  • - 30 g of cocoa
  • - 80 g of sugar
  • - 1 tablespoon of corn starch

Instruction

1. Lay out a frozen berries in a stewpan. Fill up with a refiner syrup. Add a teaspoon of vanillin, a half-glass of water. Bring berries to the boil. You cook 5-7 minutes.

2. Then cast away berries on a colander. Collect the turned-out juice, cool. Sift both types of flour. Mix with baking powder, salt.

3. Pour in vegetable oil in flour. Here pour cinnamon, mix. Add the cooled-down juice, mix to uniformity.

4. Take a form. Lay out in it a half of the test, level. Lay out berries over the test. Place leftover dough from above, level.

5. Put future pie in the oven which is in advance warmed up to 180 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Check readiness a wooden skewer. Pierce it pie. If the skewer when you take out it from the test, is dry, dough is ready.

6. While pie is concerned, make sauce. For this purpose pour in 150 ml of water in a stewpan, pour cocoa, sugar. Bring to the boil, stirring slowly. Separately part a starch tablespoon in 50 ml of water. A thin stream pour in sauce, mix, you cook one minute until thick.

7. Cool sauce. Turn pie on a dish. Water it with chocolate sauce. Powder with chopped almonds. Pie is ready.
