Spicy potatoes which in a different way are called patatas a la brava or papas bravas are considered one of the most hot dishes of Spain. It is often given in bars as spicy snack.   • - onions — 1 piece;
  • - tinned whole tomatoes — 400 g;
  • - a vitellus — 1 piece;
  • - garlic segments — 4 pieces;
  • - fresh ground pepper — to taste;
  • - salt — to taste;
  • - oil for hot fan;
  • - new potato — 12 pieces.

Instruction

1. To make sauce of aioli, clean, crush and crush two garlic gloves. Further mix garlic with a yolk, add salt, a droplet of vinegar and, pounding, add olive oil on a drop. When the emulsion turns out, add oil a thin stream, constantly stirring slowly.

5. Diligently wash up potatoes, cut on halves lengthways. Make cuts on slices and break them hands on a part. Fry potatoes in hot fan, won't become golden-brown color yet.
