Fruit candy

Fruit candy – favourite delicacy of our grandmothers and great-grandmothers. Cooked it from apples of late grades, there are enough sour. Added honey and berries to the recipe. Presently the recipe changed a little, but the love for a fruit candy remained.

It is required to you

  • gelatin – 25 g,
  • drinking water – 240 ml,
  • sugar sand – 430 g,
  • salt – ¼ tsps,
  • egg – 2 pieces,
  • vanillin – 1 tablespoon,
  • treacle or syrup – 1 article,
  • potato starch – 25 g,
  • icing sugar – 40 g.

Instruction

1. Fill in gelatin with cold boiled water (0.5 articles), stir, leave for 20 minutes.

2. Place granulated sugar, treacle, salt and water in a pan. Warm up everything on fire within 7-8 minutes. During this time melt sugar, remove from fire, lay out gelatin. It isn't necessary to mix, gelatin has to thaw.

3. Wash eggs, separate from them proteins. Shake up them to magnificent foam. Bring weight from gelatin and sugar in the proteins prepared to peaks. Continue to shake up at great speed.

4. Achieve increase in lump, add vanillin. Again shake up a semi-finished product, try to receive dense weight.

5. Lay a baking tray baking paper, oil it. Pour out a creamed mixture, distribute on all surface. Leave a baking tray with future fruit candy for 4-8 hours in kitchen. It isn't necessary to cover it.

6. Further prepare mix from starch and icing sugar. Strew with it a fruit candy from all directions.
