Green smoothie

This tasty smoothie – a valuable source of vitamins and minerals. It can be given not only as soft drink and also instead of a breakfast or even a light dinner.

It is required to you

  • - apple;
  • - banana;
  • - 500 ml of vanilla yogurt;
  • - 10 large grapes without stone;
  • - orange juice to taste;
  • - lettuce;
  • - 10 leaves of spinach.

Instruction

1. Peel apple and banana, largely cut and put in the blender. Add to them the washed-up grapes, leaves of spinach and a lettuce.

2. Pour in the blender orange juice and vanilla yogurt which can be replaced with usual milk with vanilla. Properly shake up everything at great speed.

3. Add a little chipped ice to high glasses and pour in them ready smoothie. Decorate glasses with drink mint and segments of a lime, give to a table.
