Instruction

1. Fill in well washed out haricot with cold water and leave for 6 hours. Then drain water, pour out haricot in a pan and fill in with fresh water. You cook within 1.5-2 hours until ready. Then add salt and remove from a plate, let will stand in salty water of 15-20 minutes. Then drain salty water.

2. Fill in haricot with water and put to cook. Until haricot cooks, separately boil meat until ready. Get from water, let's cool down. Cut meat with portion pieces.

3. Fry bacon cut by straws on weak fire. Add the onions cut by half rings and, constantly stirring slowly, roast bacon to a crisp, then add small cut garlic.

4. Choose as a skimmer onions, garlic and bacon from a frying pan, put and fry meat on the same oil.

5. Drain water from haricot and connect all ingredients in a frying pan, add tomato sauce and stew within 5-7 minutes. Before giving on a table strew with small cut greens.
