Instruction

1. Except chicken fillet, it is possible to use meat of a turkey. wash out the chosen meat in flowing water. Crumble it on small pieces, then process the blender. Prepare creamy meat weight.

2. Wash eggs and, having broken, divide into egg yolk and white. Use yolks for other dishes, attach proteins with mincemeat. Salt and pepper weight to taste. As seasoning you can use powder of nutmeg or other favourite spice.

3. Previously cool cream, add them to meat, well mix. For further preparation of a home-made boiled sausage prepare food wrap.

4. Cut off a rectangular piece from a roll, on its middle lay out the third part of a sausage semi-finished product. Twist a film with meat in sausage, having tied the ends. Make three identical sausages.

5. Pick up a convenient pan, pour water into it, heat to boiling. Then reduce heating of water, water shouldn't boil strongly. Lay out all preparations of boiled sausages in water, having pressed down them a convenient subject. It is possible to use a saucer. Prepare products within 60 minutes.

6. Having taken out a ready-to-eat meal from boiled water, cool. Further skim.
