It is required to you

  • - 3 liters of water;
  • - 200 g of sugar;
  • - 75 g of yeast;
  • - lemon juice, citric acid, raisin to taste.

Instruction

1. At first prepare bottles from under champagne, don't forget also about traffic jams for them. Wash out bottles, properly dry up them.

2. Take the enameled pan, pour out in it three liters of usual water, add the specified amount of sugar. Fill up citric acid to taste. Weld syrup, cool it to 25 degrees, fill up yeast, leave for 2-3 hours at the room temperature. During this time fermentation process will begin.

3. 2-3 hours later filter with pleasure - an acid liquor, pour on bottles.

4. Add to each bottle on 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and 3-4 highlights. Densely to a zakuporta their traffic jams from under champagne, tie for reliability with a wire.

5. Put home-made champagne in the fridge, bottles have to be in horizontal position there.

6. In three weeks, champagne will be ready-to-serve - not earlier.
