Beef – rather tough meat. That in finished form it was soft, juicy and was easily chewed, it needs to be cooked long enough. But what to do if time just barely enough? There are ways by means of which it is possible to cook beef quicker than usual.

It is required to you

  • - beef;
  • - 1-2 large bulbs;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - salt;
  • - vinegar;
  • - mustard;
  • - pressure cooker.

Instruction

1. Pour a half-pan of water and put on strong fire. When water begins to boil, reduce a flame and lower beef in a pan.

2. This way is good if you need only meat, and you aren't going to use broth. Soup from it will turn out not such fragrant and tasty as if to fill in meat with cold water and to cook on slow fire.

3. Also beef will cook many times quicker if to cook it not by an integral piece, and to cut in the small portions. At the same time, before cooking, it is possible to fry meat a little in vegetable oil in a frying pan.

4. Beef before cooking can be pickled. Depending on amount of meat take 1-2 large bulbs. Crush them and pour to a deep bowl. Salt a little.

5. Make small cuts in a piece of beef. Send meat to a bowl with onions. Sprinkle a small amount of vinegar. Put in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Then take out meat from onions and prepare from the recipe necessary to you.

6. The onions structure can be replaced mustard. Take prepared mustard, cover with it beef from all directions. Leave approximately for half an hour, and then well wash a baking plate flowing water.

7. If there is no time to pickle meat, add 1-2 teaspoons of prepared mustard to a pan with meat. So beef will turn out softer, and broth will develop an unusual taste. If you don't like mustard smack – don't worry, in the course of cooking also the smack will disappear, and began to smell.
