If it is necessary to prepare very quickly something for a dessert, fragrant cherry kissel will become the ideal recipe. On this case it is always quite good to have in the deep freeze packing of the frozen pitted cherries. Fresh cherry will approach too, but will demand preliminary preparation. The amount of sugar and starch is selected individually depending on preferences - more or less with pleasure, Bol or is less dense.
It is required to you
- For 6 portions:
- - Is fresher than 300 grams of the frozen pitted cherries or 500 grams;
- - 6 glasses of water;
- - 2-4 tablespoons of potato starch;
- - 8-10 tablespoons of sugar;
- - a bag of vanilla sugar – at will;
- - whipped cream in a barrel for ornament.
Instruction
1. Pour in five glasses of water in a pan, bring to the boil, pour sugar and, at will, vanilla sugar, stir before full dissolution.
2. To pour the frozen cherry into the boiling sweet water; if cherry fresh, it needs previously to be washed out, dried and removed from it a stone. Bring to the boil and boil thoroughly on average fire of 5 minutes.
3. So far cherry cooks, to pour starch into a small bucket, to fill in with a glass of cold boiled water and to mix carefully before full dissolution of lumps. Slowly, a thin stream to pour in this mix in a pan with cherry, constantly stirring slowly. Bring kissel to the boil (but not to boil!) and at once to remove from a plate. Cover and cool.
4. Pour kissel on ice-cream bowls or glasses, to decorate with whipped cream from a barrel or to strew a kissel surface with granulated sugar.
