It is required to you

  • For pork with garlic and ginger:
    • 1 kg of a pork neck;
    • 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
    • 1 bulb;
    • piece of fresh ginger;
    • 6 large garlic gloves;
    • juice of 1 lemon;
    • salt to taste;
    • pepper to taste;
    • greens to taste;
    • For meat with potatoes or apples:
    • 1 kg of pork;
    • 2 bulbs;
    • 5 potatoes or apples;
    • salt to taste;
    • pepper to taste;
    • greens to taste.

Instruction

1. For preparation of the pork baked with garlic and ginger take a piece of the washed-out meat and on all its surface make a knife cuts. Clean and wash garlic, cut its cloves on pieces and put in each cut on a piece of garlic. Then grate meat with pepper and salt to taste. In a form for roasting of meat pour some olive oil, put it on strong fire and put the prepared pork there. Fry meat about 10 min. from all directions until on it the ruddy golden crust appears, and take out it from a form. At this time wash, clean and small cut ginger with plates. Peel onions, wash and largely cut feathers.

2. For roasting put the prepared onions and ginger in a form. Train them about 2 min. on average fire, periodically stirring slowly. Place a lattice for roasting on a bottom of a form and put on it meat. Put a form in an oven and bake a dish of 45-50 min. there, periodically watering pork with the juice which is emitted from it. Before giving on a table sprinkle the made meat lemon juice and decorate the parsley which is small cut with greens or fennel.

3. If you wish to treat guests with the meat baked with potatoes or apples, then take a pork steak, wash out it and make on it several cuts from a skin. Salt and pepper meat to taste. Clean and wash out bulbs, cut them in half and place in a form for roasting. From above put meat. Wash out and peel medium-sized potatoes, then put it near pork. To bake meat with apples, instead of potatoes you will mark near it small apples. Pour into a form a little water and put it in an oven. Bake a dish until ready at a temperature of 200 degrees about 50-60 min. If you cooked pork with potatoes, then before serving it to a table, strew meat with small cut greens to taste.
