Italy and France are famous for both the cheeses, and seafood therefore it isn't surprising that in kitchen of these countries there are dishes combining seafood with a dairy products. Fish, cheese and fragrant seasonings in the correct combination represent the real delicacy.

- For a cod with tomatoes and mozzarella:
- 500 g of cod fillet;
- 100 g of red cherry tomatoes;
- 100 g of yellow cherry tomatoes;
- 1 ball of cheese mozzarella;
- 100 g of a Parmesan cheese;
- 50 g of a fresh basil;
- lemon juice;
- olive oil;
- salt;
- ground black pepper.
- For a mackerel
- baked with cheese:
- 1 kg of a mackerel;
- 2 heads of onions;
- 1/2 tsps of a marjoram;
- 200 g of a hard cheese;
- 1/2 glass of butter;
- 1/3 tsps of ground black pepper;
- 2-3 branches of rosemary;
Instruction
1. A cod with tomatoes and a cod fillet motsarelloypromoyta, dry, water with lemon juice, put in a glass bowl, put in the fridge for about ten minutes. Wash up cherry tomatoes, cut everyone on two halves, wash a basil, tear off leaves, small chop. Rub a Parmesan cheese on a small grater, mozzarella cut a cheese ball thin strips.

3. Warm an oven to 180-200os, bake fillet of minutes 15, practically until ready. Get a form from an oven, strew fish with the chopped basil, from above lay cheese plates mozzarella and strew with grated parmesan. Put in an oven again and prepare 5 more minutes.
4. The mackerel baked with cheese Wash out fish under cold flowing water, dry by means of tissues, cut on fillet. Cut it small pieces – 2-3 centimeters.
