It is required to you

  • For a cod with tomatoes and mozzarella:
    • 500 g of cod fillet;
    • 100 g of red cherry tomatoes;
    • 100 g of yellow cherry tomatoes;
    • 1 ball of cheese mozzarella;
    • 100 g of a Parmesan cheese;
    • 50 g of a fresh basil;
    • lemon juice;
    • olive oil;
    • salt;
    • ground black pepper.
    • For a mackerel
    • baked with cheese:
    • 1 kg of a mackerel;
    • 2 heads of onions;
    • 1/2 tsps of a marjoram;
    • 200 g of a hard cheese;
    • 1/2 glass of butter;
    • 1/3 tsps of ground black pepper;
    • 2-3 branches of rosemary;

Instruction
