Cheesecakes (cheese-and-curd cakes) are fritters from mix of cottage cheese, eggs and flour. Simple cheesecakes and cheesecakes with raisin are the most popular. It is also possible to cook cheesecakes with other additives, for example with greens.

It is required to you

  • 400 гр cottage cheese
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 tablespoons of flour with the hill
    • 2 tablespoons of sugar
    • salt
    • greens
    • raisin
    • spices
    • vegetable oil

Instruction

1. Add to cottage cheese of egg and carefully mix everything. Then add flour and salt. In general 1 tablespoon of flour with the hill on 200 grams of cottage cheese suffices. If to make cheesecakes in this proportion, they will turn out light and a little friable. If you like dense and crisp cheesecakes more, can add flour more. Generally each hostess usually selects amount of flour for cheesecakes compliance with own preferences.

2. Simple cheesecakes can be cooked with sugar and without sugar. If you like sweet cheesecakes more, add sugar to dough. Also it is possible to add raisin to dough, in this case at you sweet cheesecakes with raisin will turn out. As additive for not sweet cheesecakes it is possible to use fresh or dried greens (fennel or a basil will approach). In addition you can add to cheesecakes with greens a black sprinkling pepper, cardamom, caraway seeds or a coriander.

3. Put two cups near a plate: one with the test for cheesecakes, another – with cold water. Near cups arrange a flat plate with a breading. As a breading for cheesecakes it is possible to use flour or small ground crumb from crackers.

4. Moisten hands in cold water (to dry hands dough can stick), take a little test from a cup and make of it an oval or round meatball. Roll in a meatball breaded and put on a frying pan with well heated vegetable oil. In the same way create and roll in other minced collops. Fry all cheesecakes from cottage cheese from two parties before emergence of a golden crust. Depending on thickness of cheesecakes the roasting of each party takes 2-3 minutes.

5. Lay out ready cheesecakes on the flat dish covered with a kitchen paper towel (it will absorb surplus of oil). Serve the cheesecakes one table best with sour cream. Sweet cheesecakes can also be served with condensed milk or jam.
