- 1 kilogram of plums (not prunes), 6-7 pieces of a kiwi, 1 kilograms of sugar.
Instruction
1. Plum needs to be washed carefully with water, to remove all stones. Peel and cut a kiwi small circles, about 4 - 5 mm thick.
2. Lay ready plum in a pan and fill up with sugar. We leave for 30 minutes.
3. Now, when plum infused, it needs to be welded. Put a pan on fire, bring to the boil and cook 7 minutes constantly stirring slowly.
4. Remove from fire, cool. Add the prepared kiwi and cook on average fire of 10 minutes. Spread out ready jam on banks and to close densely covers.
