  • For fresh squash salad:
    • 2 squash
    • about 12 cm long;
    • 2 cucumbers;
    • salt;
    • 1 tablespoons of wine vinegar;
    • 1 tablespoons of olive oil;
    • 4 tablespoons of cream;
    • 50 g of small cut greens;
    • caraway seeds.
    • For snack from young squash:
    • 2 squash
    • up to 15 cm long
    • 2 tsps of paprika;
    • 2 tsps of an oregano;
    • salt;
    • black pepper.
    • 150 g of vegetable oil.
    • For ragout from squash with mozzarella:
    • 1 squash;
    • 4 balls of mozzarella;
    • desi;
    • salt and pepper;
    • 1 tablespoons of the peeled pine nuts;
    • 50 g of small cut greens.

Instruction

1. Make fresh squash salad which will be able to surprise you with the delicate flavor. For cleaning of vegetables knife long thin strips squash and cucumbers. Place vegetables in a salad bowl, add salt to taste, stir and leave for several minutes before formation of juice. During this time it is possible to prepare gas station. Mix wine vinegar with cream and olive oil, add greens, salt and ground caraway seeds to taste. Fill in vegetables with gas station, stir and give to a table.

2. Create delicious snack from the young squash fried in hot fan with hot sauce. Cut squash long and thin bars, everyone on 1 cm in width. Place them in a bowl, having added paprika, the ground an oregano, black pepper and salt to taste. Carefully mix. Pour vegetable oil in a deep frying pan and warm up on strong fire. Using a skimmer, lower in the small portions squash in the boiling oil, within 2 minutes fry them before formation of a golden crust.
