Meat in pots – one of traditional recipes of Russian cuisine. Many hostesses are attracted by simplicity in preparation of a dish, its permanently great taste and width of admissible variations. The stewed meat in pots turns out soft and gentle, vegetables – fragrant, gravy – saturated and dense.
