  • 700 гр. chicken liver
    • 2 bulbs
    • 5 glasses of wheat flour
    • 200 гр. sour creams of 20% of fat content
    • 1 glass of water
    • salt
    • black sprinkling pepper
    • 2 bay leaves
    • vegetable oil for frying

Instruction

1. Wash out, clean a liver from films and a streak. Cut big pieces in half.

2. Cast away on a colander that excess liquid flew down.

3. Add salt and a black sprinkling pepper to a sifted flour.

4. Onions need to be peeled and to chop small.

5. Brown onions in oil till golden color.

6. Roll the prepared chicken liver pieces in flour.

7. Fry them in well warmed frying pan in the boiling vegetable oil of 3-5 minutes, continuously stirring slowly.

8. Lower fire to a minimum and add the browned onions. Close a frying pan a cover.

9. It is necessary to add one tablespoon of flour, salt, pepper to sour cream.

10. Stir the turned-out weight that there were no lumps.

11. Stirring slowly, add water to sour cream, bringing the received sauce to uniform consistence.

12. Pour in sour cream sauce to a liver, add fire to an average.

13. Continuously stirring slowly, bring sour cream sauce to the boil.

14. Add to a liver in sour cream bay leaf.
