Instruction

1. Select ripe plums, it is good to wash a baking plate with flowing water. Put in a cup with water, previously having poured into it soda and having well stirred. Leave for 2-3 minutes.

2. Take out plums, to wash out well, having washed away all residues of solution. Divide them into quarters by means of a sharp knife, at the same time having got rid of wormholes and stones.

3. In the wide enameled pan to pour water and to pour sugar, to stir. Dissolve at warming up of liquid mix.

4. Fill up the prepared plum in ware. At once to remove from fire and to cover. Leave for 11 hours for insisting.
