It is required to you

  • pulp of beef of 500 g;
    • melted butter 3 tablespoons;
    • potatoes of 600 g;
    • carrots of 2 pieces;
    • onions of 2 pieces;
    • bay leaf;
    • parsley greens;
    • pepper

Instruction

1. Choose meat for preparation. It has to be fresh, with the minimum quantity a streak. When pressing by a finger on a piece of a fresh beef the formed hollow quickly disappears. Also for preparation of this dish it is possible to use the frozen beef. In this case before preparation it is necessary to wash meat cold water and to put in the closed ware for 2-3 hours for thawing.

2. Wash up meat. After water flows down, cut it in cubes with the party about 3 cm. Pepper and salt.

3. Put oil in well warmed frying pan. When it heats up, add beef. Fry it on average fire within 5-7 minutes at constant stirring.

4. Peel potatoes, carrots and onions. Cut potatoes in cubes or bars; carrots – straws, or grate; onions – half rings. It is possible to add a cauliflower, squash, a bean to this dish. In this case the amount of potatoes should be reduced.

5. Warm an oven up to the temperature of 180-200 °C. Lay out the prepared meat and vegetables in portion pots. If you love fatter dishes before spreading meat in pots, put thinly cut fat on their bottom. Fill in with broth or water. Add peppercorn, bay leaf. Cover ware with covers. Put in an oven.

6. If you want to add tomato paste or tomatoes, make it after potatoes are ready. Previously part tomato paste in a small amount of water or broth.
