The stationary blender with a glass from plastic, glass or stainless steel is the universal kitchen appliances intended for crushing, beating and hashing of various foodstuff. Most often in such blender cook puree from a fresh or boiled vegetables and fruit.
Instruction
1. Prepare vegetables and fruit: carefully wash up, peel also stones, cut in cubes of 1.5-2 cm in size. If necessary boil them on couple or extinguish in a small amount of water. If you want to cook the frozen vegetables puree, preliminary defrosting isn't required. After heat treatment surely cool products for some time.
2. Put the blender on a steady support with a plain, dry and clean surface. The device shouldn't be shaken or slide during the work – it is very dangerous. Reliably record a blender glass in an operating position.
3. Open a cover and load the cut products into capacity. If it is required on a compounding, add spices, butter, water, broth or milk. Fill a blender glass no more than on 2/3 volumes. Excess loading can lead to overheating of the engine and the output of the device out of operation.
4. In order to avoid spillage of contents in operating time densely close a glass a cover. Turn on the device in network. The majority of modern stationary blenders have two speeds and the pulse mode for short-term inclusion, but there are also more difficult models with a large number of the modes. Anyway begin work at the smallest speed, and then if necessary increase it.
5. Don't leave the device included for a long time. Usually process of preparation of puree in the blender takes 10 seconds for soft vegetables and fruit up to 30 seconds for more rough and firm.
6. Turn the switch in the provision "O". Remove a glass from the basis and unload ready puree by means of a wooden or plastic scapula.
7. If the blender is used still, then for fast cleaning pour warm water (about 1/2 volumes) into a glass, close a cover and include at a small speed for 5-10 seconds. Remove and empty a glass.
8. If the blender isn't used any more, disconnect it from network, wash up a glass warm water with soap, carefully rinse and dry. Remove the device to the place intended for storage.
