How to do home-made cognac

Production of cognac drink began in France at the end of the 17th century. Now cognac is quite popular across the whole Europe, and recipes of its preparation a huge set. It is rather simple to make this drink in house conditions if strictly to adhere to a compounding and proportions.

It is required to you

  • 3 liters of beer (light pasteurized)
    • 3 liters of grape juice
    • 1 kg of granulated sugar
    • 1 liter of vodka
    • 200 g of alcohol
    • 100 g of yeast
    • 100 g of instant coffee (natural)

Instruction

1. Fill in beer and grape juice in big glass capacity and well mix.

2. Mix vodka, alcohol, granulated sugar, yeast and instant coffee in the enameled ware and bring to the boil, on slow fire, regularly stirring slowly. It is necessary for full dissolution of coffee and granulated sugar.

3. Cool the received mix and add to capacity, having densely corked with a cover.

4. Leave to infuse in the dark place within 2-3 weeks. Then filter drink and pour on bottles.

5. Cognac drink is ready-to-serve. Before giving of the fad on a table, it is recommended to cool it.
