The well-known American cocktail "Boom Tequila" was fallen in love to many Russian gourmets thanks to simplicity and originality of preparation. As a rule, a basis of this alcoholic drink is light tequila which mixes up with any sparkling water (usually "Sprite"). The tasty invigorating cocktail it becomes frequent one of the best treats at a house party, for development of its recipe it isn't obligatory to be the professional bartender at all.
It is required to you
- - the Blanco tequila ("light") or Plata ("silver") – 50 ml;
- - Sprite carbonated drink - 0.5 glasses;
- - chipped ice to your taste.
Instruction
1. Place in a special glass for preparation of Old fashion cocktails (Old fashion) with very thick bottom ice cubes then pour in capacity in one for another components of alcoholic drink. If desired you can put interesting flavoring experiments: use in a compounding any sparkling water, including lemonade of the required color, "Coca-Cola", "Pepsi", "Fanta". If you want to receive more strong cocktail "Boom Tequila" (real "bomb"), take fresh beer as an alcoholic basis.
2. Cover a cocktail glass with a hand as it is possible more densely. You can use any suitable cover or just heavy cardboard leaf. Reliably holding a capacity covering (liquid shouldn't be splashed out!), with a sufficient force strike with a glass bottom a table two times. By the way, the original American name of popular drink sounds as Tequila Boom Boom that in itself is prompted to the bartender by the necessary number of blows for mixing of cocktail. You have to hear characteristic strong hissing of vials of carbon dioxide. It is a signal that the product is ready and it needs to be used urgently.
3. Drink off contents of a cocktail glass. It is recommended to have a snack "Boom Tequila" on a slice of a fresh lime or grapefruit.
