Even if you wrote compositions in school on some "five", and all department of accounts department is read by your reports on business trips, it does not mean yet that you will write the text for the website easily and correctly. The fact is that the person differently perceives information on paper and on the computer screen. Articles on the Internet have the specifics.

1. Introduction
Describe briefly about what your text. Avoid dry phrases and offers on anything. If it becomes boring for the reader after reading of the three first offers, he will leave the website with your text and will find something more interestingly.
2. Offers
Write short offers. Compound sentences with a set of verbal adverb phrases, perhaps, will please your teacher of literature. But such style will frighten off the most part of readers. Surely you divide the text into paragraphs. It is very difficult to read the continuous, long text. From two to six offers on the paragraph are quite enough.
3. Keywords
Klyucheviki is those words by which users find the text in the Internet. If article about currant, phrases "currant bush", "currant sorts" can be key, "look after currant", etc. Key phrases should be entered in the text organically and competently.
4. Punctuation marks
Do not put an end in headings and subheadings. It is bad form. Try to avoid whenever possible heaps of points with commas, dots, colons and a dash. The offer is simpler, the easier it is read.
5. Heading
Give such name to the text that it displayed the main thought of article. If the text is called "Hotels in Gelendzhik", it is not necessary to describe hotel business on all coast of the Black Sea. In heading one keyword for the text should be used at least.
6. Subheadings
Do in the text for the website several subheadings. This optional rule. Many authors do without them. But with subheadings the text, as a rule, looks more beautiful, finished and informative.
7. Pronouns
Write correctly pronouns. Mainly it concerns writing of the word "you". On the websites it is always written in lower case. You write not for the certain person, and for many thousands audience.
