It is even better to adhere to the principles of an alkaline diet which is based on a ratio of products 80/20. It means that only 20% from a food allowance have to fall on the products oxidizing, and the rest – on alkaline.

Such food allows to put blood indicators in order, to clean intestines, to normalize work of a liver. It is – indispensable guarantee of excellent health.

Recently the alkaline diet gains the increasing popularity among supporters of the correct way of life. And some nutritionists in general consider that the alkaline diet is not diet per se, but the healthy way of food aimed not at certain restrictions, and at improvement of an organism at all. By the way, the alkaline diet is powerful weapon in fight against excessive weight. However, shouldn't apply it the people suffering alkalozy, a renal failure and other diseases. Anyway it is desirable to consult with the doctor.
