How to make boiled sausage in house conditions: very simple recipe

Boiled sausage became very popular food product among the population long ago, however, modern production technologies to unrecognizability changed taste of "acid washed jeans". Huge amount of artificial additives, dyes, flavor enhancers made a boiled sausage even hazardous to health. It appears, it is possible to make easily home-made boiled sausage which will become a fine alternative to a store product.

For preparation of a boiled sausage in house conditions it is required to you:

- 400 grams of chicken breast;

- 200 milliliters of cream of any fat content;

- 150 grams of ham;

- 2 egg whites;

- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika;

- 0.5 teaspoon of spicy paprika;

- 1 teaspoon of salt;

- 1 garlic glove;

- 0.5 cumin teaspoon;

- 0.5 teaspoon  of ground black pepper;

- twine or threads;

- food parchment.

Way of preparation

Except ham, put all ingredients in a bowl of the blender and stir before formation of homogeneous mass.

Cut ham small (about 0.5 cm) in cubes. Add ham to bulk and carefully  mix it.

Put the received weight on the sheet of parchment, curtail in the form of sausage and very densely twirl a twine or threads.

Put sausage in a pan and fill in with water so that it completely covered it. You cook sausage about 30 minutes. Then pull out it and cool on a lattice.

Now put it in the fridge for 12 hours. Now a home-made boiled sausage is ready-to-serve.

If you have no parchment, then it is possible to make home-made boiled sausage in a usual plastic bottle, previously having cut off from it a neck.
